| In its elegant bottle, this champagne develops its flavours, it is dense and fragrant; the Chardonnay ensures lightness and finesse and the Pinot noir ensures body and structure.
It is mainly featured by very light bubbles and elegant fullness. Two main crus, Chouilly and Aÿ face each other, the former is grand cru Chardonnay, the latter is Grand Cru Pinot noir. Moreover, the grapes only come from "old vineyards". |
