Our Love of Ay’s Pinot Noir gave us the idea of blending two unique terroirs Chouilly and Ay. This champagne of noble origin is the result of a quest for perfection at every stage and demands the utmost care in vinifaction and patience during aging.
It is not possible to achieve this level of quality every year, so, obstination and perseverance are necessary to give birth to this cuvée. But the result is Worth the effort. Each grape variety contributes beautifully to the wine complexity and makes this cuvée an instant classic.
