Growing the vine
The vineyards belong to our family. The wide variety of vines ensures quality and protects the independence of the House. It can guarantee the control of the Legras & Haas style.
Growing vines takes a lot of time all year long. In winter, the cutting and binding processes; in spring, the taking of surnomber of bourgeons, topping and tiing up processes which require continuous supervision in order to prevent possible illnesses and apply the right strategy.
The grape harvesting is fully made by hand and represents the end of the yearly works.
